Over the years we have tried out many different softwares and are going to give you reviews on the ones that we have chosen to use.
The Digital Marketing Softwares We Use and Why We Like Them
GoHighLevel is a sales and marketing platform that allows users to keep all of their marketing tools in one place. From getting new leads through funnels and landing pages to nurturing them through email campaigns and finally booking appointments to turn those leads into clients GHL does it all. We give this software a 5 star rating for its ease of use and results that it produces.
Another software that our digital marketing agency utilizes is Jasper. Jasper is a professional digital marketing content writer with years of experience creating high-quality content for businesses of all sizes. Its services include blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and more. It is also an expert at using social media to promote your brand and drive traffic to your website. In fact, Jasper wrote the last 2 sentences all by itself!
To schedule our Facebook posts we utilize Meta Business Suite. Meta Business Sweet has the ability to create, schedule, create ads and track all of the results related to your business Facebook page. You are also able to manage multiple Facebook pages from one dashboard and switch between them with a single click. The fact that Business Suite runs in a different window allows you to work distraction free because your timeline is hidden and we have all fallen victim to getting sucked into scrolling for an hour on accident.
Another great software for scheduling social media posts is Hootsuite. Hootsuite allows you to keep all of your social media in one place including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn. You have the ability to schedule posts, access your image assets and stay tuned into what people are saying about your brand all in one place.
Dunzo is one of our favorite tools. Dunzo takes a look at the systems that your company is using and identifies the roadblocks that are stopping your company from running like a well oiled machine. They then dive in and put together systems and automation to solve those roadblocks. Dunzo specializes in follow up campaigns and creates a journey for your customers they will never forget.
TextMagic is another text message marketing software that we use. TextMagic allows users to send notifications, alerts, reminders and SMS marketing campaigns. A cool feature of this software is the ability to send text messages, convert emails to texts, and send mass messages all from your computer. MaidPro, a cleaning company in Phoenix, Arizona, uses TextMagic to communicate with their staff and customers in one centralized place. To communicate with our team and stay organized on projects we use Monday.com. Monday.com is a project management software that allows us to manage all of the projects within our agency such as website development, content management, design creation and more. We can assign projects to our team, communicate and keep track of the progress of each project all in one place and it is very user friendly. So at Click Call Sell, we actually love Monday.
