Best Time To Send Text Marketing

For starters you generally want to keep your text marketing messages between 8:00am – 9:00pm Monday thru Friday. People do not take very kindly to receiving your message at 10:00pm on Saturday night. 

You also need to create a sense of urgency with your message. If you are having a sale on Saturday, try sending your message out Friday towards the end of the day. Give the receiver as little time as possible to make a decision.

Test The Message

I cannot tell you how many times that I sent out a text blast without proofreading and sending a test only to find out that I had spelling mistakes or other errors. It is embarrassing and makes you look unprofessional so please do yourself a favor and send yourself a test version of the message.

Be Ready To Respond In A Timely Manner

When you send out a text blast you may find yourself flooded with responses. It is good to send out the messages in groups so that you are able to respond promptly to all return messages or calls.
